Robert Schreiber, PhD, the Alumni Professor of Pathology and Immunology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, has been named a co-editor-in-chief of Cancer Immunology Research.
Schreiber also is director of the Center for Human Immunology and Immunotherapy Programs and a professor of molecular microbiology at the School of Medicine, and a co-leader of the tumor immunology program at Siteman Cancer Center.
His cancer immunology research has helped establish a clearer understanding of how cancer evades detection by the immune system and has defined methods to personalize cancer immunotherapy.
