Richard W. Gross, PhD, MD, professor of medicine and of developmental biology at the School of Medicine, and of chemistry in Arts & Sciences, received a four-year $2.3 million grant from the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for research titled “Novel lipid 2nd messengers regulating bioenergetics and signaling in human myocardium.”
