Otha L. Overholt, 71, who worked at Washington University in St. Louis for nearly 37 years, died at her home in Kirkwood, Mo., on Friday, Nov. 16, 2012.
After earning a master of science in applied mathematics and computer science from WUSTL in 1970, Overholt served in a number of positions, beginning in 1971 as a technical specialist in the Office of Computing and Communications.
She joined University Libraries in 1979 as a library systems analyst before becoming director of technical services and library systems.
She moved back to Computing and Communications in 1988 as senior application design manager, retiring as associate director of the office in 2008.
