Andrew Tuch, a professor at WashU School of Law, received the 2024 Berkeley-European Corporate Governance Institute Best Paper Award. The annual honor recognizes legal research in environmental, social and governance issues.

Two Brown School faculty members, Jeremy Goldbach and Jin Huang, have been named 2025 Fellows of the American Academy of Social Work and Social Welfare.

The Internal Medicine Residency Program at WashU Medicine has received the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education 2025 Barbara Ross-Lee, DO Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award.

Gregory Lanza, MD, PhD, the James R. Hornsby Family Professor in Biomedical Sciences at WashU Medicine, has been named a fellow of the National Academy of Inventors in recognition of his application of nanotechnology to a broad variety of medical innovations.

Abram Van Engen, the Stanley Elkin Professor in the Humanities in Arts & Sciences, has won Christianity Today’s 2024 Best Book Award in Culture, Poetry and the Arts for “Word Made Fresh: An Invitation to Poetry for the Church.”

WashU senior Emma Lembke, 22, has earned a spot on Forbes’ “30 Under 30” social media list. Lembke co-founded  Log Off, an organization for and by teens who want to raise awareness about social media’s impact on mental health.

Jeffrey Camille, a senior studying global studies and women, gender and sexuality studies in Arts & Sciences at WashU, has been named a recipient of the Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Graduate Fellowship.

Leopoldo J. Cabassa, a professor at the Brown School and co-director of the Center for Mental Health Services Research, has been selected to present the 2025 Aaron Rosen Lecture at the Society for Social Work and Research annual conference in Seattle.

Mark Figueroa, assistant director of the Taylor Family Center for Student Success, has been recognized as an “emerging new professional” by NASPA, the nation’s leading organization for student affairs administrators.
