Paul Goodfellow, PhD, professor of surgery, of genetics and of obstetrics and gynecology and co-director of the Hereditary Cancer Core at the Siteman Cancer Center, has been selected as the first recipient of the $50,000 Gynecologic Cancer Foundation/Claudia Cohen Prize for Outstanding Gynecologic Researcher. Goodfellow’s research focuses on the genetic and epigenetic events linked to endometrial cancer, and his longstanding efforts to elucidate the causes and consequences of defective DNA mismatch repair in endometrial cancer have significantly advanced knowledge about the most common gynecologic cancer. …
Program in Occupational Therapy students Mallory Hensley, Jaclyn Tarloff and Whitney Wynder were elected national leaders of the Association of Student Delegates of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
