You don’t have to be a clothes horse or a slave to fashion to get excited about Saint Louis Fashion Week. The annual event, which began Oct. 8 and runs through Saturday, Oct. 18, is packed with shows, parties, competitions and an exhibition. For the first time, Fashion Week includes an all-day conference, presented in partnership with the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis.
