The Financial Times has ranked the professors at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis tenth in the world in terms of research productivity.
The tenth-place designation was announced as part of the Financial Times‘ Executive-MBA rankings in October of 2005. The ranking is based on the accumulated number of articles that professors published in any one of 40 selected academic journals.
Mahendra Gupta, dean of the Olin School of Business, said, “This recognition is the result of the hard work and effort that our professors put into their research programs. Olin’s key asset is faculty research and I am please to see us gain international acclaim for our work.”
