Students invited to apply to be a Faith in the Vaccine Ambassador
Students are invited to apply to be a Faith in the Vaccine Ambassador. Student ambassadors will work with local communities to increase vaccine distribution and education. Ambassadors will receive a $1,500 stipend. The application deadline is Friday, April 23.
E-waste recycling, paper shredding April 20 and 27
The Office of Sustainability and the Office of Information Security will be hosting electronic waste recycling drives and confidential paper shredding services at the Danforth and Medical campuses.
Vaccination clinic volunteers needed
With COVID-19 vaccination appointments now available through Washington University in St. Louis for all students, faculty, staff and their family members ages 18 and over, the university needs volunteers to help staff the vaccination clinic on the Medical Campus.
Update on summer university-sponsored international travel
Washington University in St. Louis’ International Travel Oversight Committee recently announced that its international travel policies in place this spring will extend through July 2021.
Campus blood drive Tuesday
A university blood drive will be held Tuesday, March 30. Donors can give blood from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Athletic Complex.

The Center for the Humanities in Arts & Sciences will celebrate National Poetry Month with a new installment of Life/Lines, the daily poetry practice.
Flags lowered in memory of Colorado shooting victims
The U.S. and university flags over Brookings Hall are lowered to half-staff until sunset Saturday, March 27, as a mark of respect for those killed in the shooting March 22 in Boulder, Colo.
