Don’t burn my books

Mary Elliott, a Liggett/Koenig residential college director, makes a point at a book discussion group hosted by Risa Zwerling Wrighton March 2. The discussion, held in Harbison House, focused on the themes of Ray Bradbury’s science-fiction classic “Fahrenheit 451.” The University’s discussion group was part of The Big Read, a national program designed to encourage literary reading by helping communities come together to read and discuss a single book. The Big Read is an initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts, spearheaded locally by the University. For more information, visit bigread.wustl.edu.
