Edward F. Lawlor, Ph.D. (right), dean of the George Warren Brown School of Social Work, talks with Edward S. The research of Lawlor, who became dean July 1, focuses on access to health care, hospital reimbursement policy, health insurance, the health-care work force, and Medicare and Medicaid policy. Gordon was a professor in the School of Social Work from 1951-1978.
