WUSTL encouraged to participate in Metro study

Some 17,000 WUSTL students, faculty and staff have signed up for a free universal pass for access to Metro, the St. Louis region’s public transportation system. A survey is being conducted to gauge rider satisfaction.

WUSTL and Metro are interested in the extent to which pass recipients are using Metro’s services and in their level of satisfaction with public transportation in the community.

This survey, which will assist in determining accurate billing levels and program design, can be accessed by going online to heartlandmarketresearch.com/surveys/wmf06.htm.

Survey results will be compiled by Heartland Market Research LLC, and will be analyzed and reported by members of the University of Missouri-Rolla’s Psychology and Engineering Management departments. All responses will be kept confidential.
