Amira Jihane Khelfallah, a doctoral candidate in comparative literature in Arts & Sciences, won a special jury prize during the 11th International Film Festival of Algiers.

Arye Nehorai, at the McKelvey School of Engineering, has been selected for the 2022 IEEE Signal Processing Society (Sustained Impact Paper Award, which honors authors of journal articles of broad interest that have had impact over many years.

Bethany Millar, a manager of education services at Washington University School of Medicine, received the Debra L. Dooley GME Program Coordinator Excellence Award from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. She is the medical school’s first program administrator to win this award in more than a decade.

Ganesh Chelluboyina, a doctoral student at the McKelvey School of Engineering, received a 2023 Quad Fellowship. Chelluboyina studies light-absorbing aerosols, particularly organic aerosols that result from wildfires.

Christopher Gill, a professor at the McKelvey School of Engineering, has been named a Distinguished Member of the Association for Computing Machinery for his contributions to the field.
