WashU Information Technology is offering a tool, DocuSign, that provides a secure method for collecting electronic signatures on documents shared between colleagues within or outside the university. The method can save time and resources.

Nominate student for Switzer award
The Women’s Society of Washington University seeks nominations for the Harriet K. Switzer Leadership Award, given to graduating senior women who have made a significant contribution to WashU. The nomination deadline is Feb. 11.
Apply for Newman Exploration Travel Fund
Washington University Libraries is now accepting applications for the 2022 Newman Exploration Travel (NEXT) Fund, which provides travel funds of up to $10,000 per recipient. Applications are due by March 6.
Student Commencement speaker sought
Undergraduate members of the Class of 2022 are invited to apply to be the student speaker at the universitywide Commencement ceremony May 20.
Take part in Hotchner Playwriting Competition
The Performing Arts Department in Arts & Sciences is now accepting submissions for the 2022 A.E. Hotchner Playwriting Competition. All WashU graduate and undergraduate students are eligible. The deadline is Jan. 28.
