A sweeping campus planning, design and construction project has transformed the Danforth Campus two years after the start of construction. The largest capital project in the university’s recent history, the East End Transformation was officially dedicated Oct. 2.

Recently appointed to the university’s board of trustees, alumna Vicki Match Suna serves the university in numerous ways. She has particularly enjoyed being involved in the university’s recent capital project to transform the east end of the Danforth Campus.

The university’s interdisciplinary Center for Quantum Sensors aims to harness the power of quantum mechanics to detect and decipher some of the universe’s greatest mysteries. The effort is timely as Congress recently approved a federal program supporting the development of quantum technologies.
