Ed Walter (left), a librarian at the Bernard Becker Medical Library, received a gift and a smile from Larry Shapiro, M.D., School of Medicine executive vice chancellor for medical affairs and dean, in recognition of his 35 years of service at the School of Medicine. Joyce Fitch also received an award for 35 years of service. Walter, Fitch and more than 70 employees were honored for their years of service at the Central Administration Recognition Luncheon at the Eric P. Newman Education Center.
