“Two Operatic Cinderellas”

Washington University Opera presents works by Rossini and Massenet Dec. 16 and 17

The Washington University Opera will present a concert titled “Two Operatic Cinderellas,” featuring excerpts from Gioacchino Rossini’s “Cenerentola” and Jules Massenet’s “Cendrillo,” at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 16 and 17, in Karl Umrath Lounge.

Performances are free and open to the public and are sponsored by the Department of Music in Arts & Sciences. Karl Umrath Lounge is located in Karl Umrath Hall, just north of the Mallinckrodt Student Center, 6445 Forsyth Blvd. For more information, call (314) 935-4841 or email staylor@wustl.edu.
