Mosaic Project concludes
For the past year and a half, dedicated students, faculty and staff have come together through the university’s Mosaic Project to help move us toward a more inclusive campus community. Now, as this initiative is concluding, the efforts of the eight Mosaic Project working groups are taking root at the university.
New Bias Report and Support System among Mosaic Project updates
The Mosaic Project announces a number of important updates as part of its efforts toward improving diversity and inclusion for students at WUSTL. Because of the hard work and leadership of a dedicated group of students, faculty and staff, the Bias Report and Support System is live and the Center for Diversity and Inclusion is
under development to open in 2014. In addition, a campus climate survey will be sent to all Danforth campus students on Feb. 16 and a new stand-alone community values program for undergraduate student orientation will launch this fall.
Mosaic Project to host forum to introduce Bias Report and Support System
The Mosaic Project will host a forum to introduce the Bias Report and Support System and to share updates about other projects, including efforts to a create a center for diversity and inclusion. The forum will be 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, in Umrath Hall Lounge.
Mosaic Project collecting ideas for a new center for diversity and inclusion
Devoted to strengthening campus experience for all students, the Mosaic Project is developing a center for diversity and inclusion. The first of two town hall meetings takes place at 8 p.m. tonight, Sept. 25 in Wilson Hall.
