Cryer receives American Diabetes Association’s Renold Award

Philip E. Cryer, MD, will receive the American Diabetes Association’s Albert Renold Award at the organization’s 70th Scientific Sessions in Orlando, Fla. The Albert Renold Award is presented to an individual whose career is distinguished by outstanding achievements in the training of diabetes research scientists and the facilitation of diabetes research.

Washington University, led by a university-wide committee chaired by WUSTL Police Chief Strom, hosted the 2010 IACLEA (International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators) annual conference in St. Louis June 18-22.  

Milligan named associate provost

Michelle L. Milligan, EdD, has been promoted to associate provost, effective July 1, announced Edward S. Macias, PhD, provost, executive vice chancellor for academic affairs and the Barbara and David Thomas Distinguished Professor in Arts & Sciences.
