Sunit Anandwala

Sunit Anandwala, AB ’08, and his wife, Katelyn, welcomed their first child, Edmund (“Eddie”) Timothy Anandwala, on Jan. 11. Edmund is named after Sir Edmund Hillary, the New Zealand mountaineer and explorer credited for being one of the first climbers to summit Mt. Everest. Anandwala and his family reside in Seattle.

Jessica “Jessie” Rosell

Jessica “Jessie” Rosell, JD ’08, an attorney with Lathrop GPM, was promoted to partner. Rosell’s practice focuses on environmental, litigation and appellate matters, representing clients with administrative claims before federal and state environmental agencies, and advising clients initiating and maintaining environmental regulatory compliance programs. Emilie Boone

Emilie Boone, GR08, had her first book, A Nimble Arc: James Van Der Zee and Photography (Duke University Press, September 2023), published. The book explores Van Der Zee’s photographic work over the course of the 20th century, showing how it foregrounded aspects of Black daily life in the United States and in the larger African diaspora.
