WUSTL has many initiatives in place to ensure that the university is diverting as much waste as possible — from batteries to food to used cooking oil — from the landfill.To help keep the university community updated on the recycling efforts of the university and its partners, the Recycling Committee and Office of Sustainability have partnered to develop a summary of WUSTL’s many recycling initiatives, including single-stream recycling and RecycleMania. The Department of Athletics will host the 19th annual W Club golf scramble on Monday, June 13, at the Meadowbrook Country Club in Ballwin, Mo.Entry fee is $325 per golfer, which includes greens fees, golf cart, driving range, lunch, cocktails, dinner and awards. The Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum is one of the oldest university museums in the country. This summer, the museum will resume its Lunch & Learn program, a popular series of lunchtime tours open to any campus department or group.

Bank of America’s full-service branch in the Mallinckrodt Center on the Danforth Campus will be closed from 2 p.m. Friday, April 29, through Tuesday, July 4, during its relocation to the Mallinckrodt Center’s first floor, east end. The bank will reopen July 5. The bank is relocating from the second floor due to construction and renovation in the Mallinckrodt Center.
