Suresh Vedantham, MD, professor of radiology at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and a team of clinical trial investigators have been recognized with a 2018 Top 10 Clinical Research Achievement Award from the Clinical Research Forum.

Arts & Sciences recognized eight outstanding alumni and supporters of the school during its 2018 Distinguished Alumni Awards dinner, held April 25 at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.

Emily Haussler has been awarded the 2018 Harrison D. Stalker Award from the Department of Biology in Arts & Sciences. The award is given annually to a graduating biology major whose undergraduate career combines outstanding scientific scholarship with significant contributions in the arts and humanities.

The new Mentor Collective is an online program that matches students with University College alumni and others in the university community to help them achieve academic and personal goals.
