Ferren, senior judge on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, will discuss his new book, “Salt of the Earth, Conscience of the Court: The Story of Justice Wiley Rutledge,” 11 a.m. November 10 in the Bryan Cave Moot Courtroom of Anheuser-Busch Hall. Ferren’s book, published by University of North Carolina Press, examines the life of Supreme Court Justice Wiley B. Rutledge, former faculty member and dean of the Washington University School of law.
