To help facilitate interest and participation in the Oct. 2 vice presidential debate and presidential election in November, the Richard A. Gephardt Institute for Public Service is coordinating an all-day, campus-wide voter registration drive Sept. 18.
Bridging the gap: South 40 faculty fellows help integrate academic and residential life

Ahmed, Ph.D. (above, with family), assistant professor of Arabic & Islamic Studies; Ian MacMullen, Ph.D., assistant professor of political science; and Andrew Rehfeld, Ph.D., associate professor of political science, all in Arts & Sciences, have moved into apartments in the residential colleges as part of the faculty fellows program.

Students are invited show what youth are thinking in this election season by entering the Make it Clear multimedia competition, a collaboration between the St. Louis Post-Dispatch newspaper and the Vice Presidential Debate Programming Committee.
