A team of psychologists at Washington University that include graduate student Jonathan Jackson have found an intriguing possibility that personality and brain aging during the golden years may be linked.

The final campus-wide blood drive of the academic year will be held at eight locations throughout the university Wednesday, March 31.
Campaigning for Prop A
Students and staff members are passing out information and buttons to raise awareness about Proposition A, a one-half cent sales tax increase to support the operation and expansion of the Metro public transit system. The group will be out on campus next week campaigning until the election on Tuesday, April 6.

After nine years, nine consecutive trips to the NCAA tournament and two setbacks in the national championship game, Washington University returned to the pinnacle of NCAA Division III women’s basketball, capturing the program’s fifth national championship with a 65-59 victory over Hope College March 20 in Bloomington, Ill.

Institute for Public Health opens its membership
In an effort to engage individuals outside of Washington University in St. Louis, the Institute for Public Health is offering affiliation to those working in public health or related disciplines worldwide. Scientists, physicians or employees in a county health department are examples of individuals who would qualify.
