Theodore J. Cicero, the John P. Feighner Professor of Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, is the 2018 recipient of the Pioneer Award from the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.

The Washington University men’s and women’s basketball teams are offering Junior Bears camps to children in kindergarten through eighth grade who enjoy basketball. The girls’ camp begins Sunday, Sept. 16, and the boys’ first session is Sunday, Sept. 30.
