WUSTL reaches list of top Fulbright producers again
Applications to the U.S. Fulbright Program from WUSTL hit a record high 62 this year, helping the university once again reach the list of top U.S. Fulbright producers. Interest in the program is up thanks to the support of program advocates on campus and an emphasis on global thinking.

Danforth Center on Religion & Politics in Graham Chapel. While on campus, Will visited with students and faculty members, along with Sen. John C. Danforth.
Sports update Dec. 10: Women’s basketball adds two wins
The No. 5 women’s basketball team improved to 6-1 with a pair of wins over Millikin University (71-42) and Augustana College (74-61) last week.
WUSTL named Truman Scholar Honor Institution
WUSTL has been named a Truman Foundation Honor Institution because of its two Truman Scholarship winners this year and its sustained success in helping students win Truman Scholarships to pursue careers in public service. The highly competitive federal scholarship is awarded based on academic performance, leadership and dedication to public service.
University College Preview Night Dec. 13
University College — the professional and continuing education division in Arts & Sciences — is hosting Preview Night for the spring 2013 semester at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, in Holmes Lounge, Ridgley Hall. The program will provide information on tuition, transferring college credits, financial aid, academic advising, and the professional and continuing education programs. Spring classes begin Jan. 14, 2013.

The No. 10 men’s basketball team captured the 29th annual Lopata Classic with a 67-57 win over No. 7 Illinois Wesleyan University Saturday at the Field House.
