John Inazu, the Sally D. Danforth Distinguished Professor of Law & Religion at WashU Law, received Rice University’s Boniuk Institute for the Study and Advancement of Religious Tolerance 2026 Senior Scholar Award.
Joseph M. Jez will become vice dean of graduate studies in WashU Arts & Sciences, effective July 1, announced Feng Sheng Hu, the Richard G. Engelsmann Dean of Arts & Sciences. He succeeds Sophia Hayes.
A cost-effective screening tool developed by WashU Medicine researchers, led by Sheng Chih (Peter) Jin, allows for broader genomic testing for patients with peripheral neuropathy of unknown cause.
