Narkiewicz serves as the associate dean of Clinical Education and directs the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. She also directs the Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation program. She teaches the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic seminar and State and Local Taxation. She is an expert in general taxation law, state and local taxation, tax controversy, and tax research and writing.
