Tommie L. Pierson, Jr., AB ’95, has a background as a pastor and former politician. He says these experiences have shaped his understanding of the importance of community and connection. “This book was inspired by my desire to present young readers with stories that encourage kindness and creativity,” he says. “I hope it resonates with families and sparks conversations about the value of coming together.”
