A memorial for student Sarah Longyear has been scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, in College Hall on the South 40 area of campus. A reception will follow in Tisch Commons in the Danforth University Center.
Longyear, 19, was a sophomore when she died April 22 in her hometown of Palo Alto, Calif. She was majoring in anthropology in Arts & Sciences with minors in design and marketing. She was a member of Chi Omega sorority and a center for the junior varsity basketball team.
