Biomedical engineer Matthew Bersi, at the McKelvey School of Engineering, has been named a 2025 Young Innovator in Cellular and Molecular Bioengineering by the Biomedical Engineering Society.
Elizabeth Pollina, at WashU Medicine, has received the 2025 MIND Prize from the Pershing Square Foundation. Pollina will receive $250,000 annually for three years to support her research.
