Want to make sure your child graduates from high school? Don’t move. A new study led by the Brown School’s Molly Metzger, PhD, finds that students experiencing at least one move over a twelve-month period have a roughly 50 percent decreased likelihood of obtaining a high school diploma by age 25. The findings hold true whether students move to a poorer or more affluent area.

Athletes will be wearing special-edition green jerseys in their game Saturday against Millsaps College. The Athletics Department is working with the Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention Center to raise awareness about preventing violence.
