It has been more than 40 years since astronauts returned the last Apollo samples from the moon, and since then those samples have undergone extensive analysis. Now, a team of scientists, including Bradley Jolliff, PhD, of Arts & Sciences, has refined the timeline of meteorite impacts on the moon through a pioneering application of laser microprobe technology.

The Saturday Neighborhood Health Clinic in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood is a free, first-come, first-served clinic run by School of Medicine students with help from a volunteer board-certified physician. It opened 17 years ago to help the underserved and uninsured — but it also serves to educate medical students about public health and to encourage them toward primary care medicine.
