Weil’s gift underscores commitment to humanities

Mark S. Weil, PhD, the E. Desmond Lee Professor Emeritus in the Department of Art History & Archaeology in Arts & Sciences, is providing WUSTL with a gift of $2,525,000 to support Arts & Sciences and programs in the humanities. From this gift, an endowed fund of $250,000 will be established to support the University Libraries. FULL STORY

Outstanding Graduate Youngjee Choi: School of Medicine

  • Bears sweep Greenville to end regular season 31-10-1. The softball team concluded its regular season with a doubleheader sweep (9-0, 9-0) against Greenville College May 3 at home. WUSTL finished the season 31-10-1, its seventh 30-win season in 11 seasons as a varsity sport. The Bears will wait to see if they qualify for an at-large berth into the NCAA Division III tournament. The field will be announced Monday, May 9.
