Who Knew WashU?

Question: The newly built gymnasium on WashU’s campus featured the debut of which of these events during the 1904 Olympic Games?

Answer: B) Boxing made its Olympic debut in what is now part of the Gary M. Sumers Recreation Center. The gym also hosted fencing and basketball competitions. Learn more about WashU and St. Louis’ Olympic legacy.
