Who Knew WashU? Question: Which WashU alumnus won multiple Emmy and Peabody awards for his interviews with John Lewis, Bayard Rustin and other civil rights leaders?
Answer: C) Henry Hampton, whose company Blackside Inc. produced the landmark civil rights documentary “Eyes on the Prize,” featuring Lewis and many others. The Henry Hampton Collection is housed at University Libraries.
