The Ann W. and Spencer T. Olin-Chancellor’s Fellowship will host the 2023 “She Leads” symposium Oct. 20 in Knight Hall’s Emerson Auditorium. Tatum Getty, a WashU alumna and founding general partner of THENA Capital, will deliver the Karl King Hoagland Jr. keynote for the symposium.

Becker Medical Library and University Libraries present a monthlong series of virtual and in-person seminars highlighting trends in open science, open data and open access. The Oct. 19 keynote address for the series will feature representatives from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF) and NASA discussing forthcoming public access initiatives.
