‘She Leads’ conference features NASA’s Moogega Cooper

The “She Leads” conference will offer a half-day of live virtual panel discussions with WashU faculty, administrators and alumni, along with leaders in a variety of industries, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 5. Moogega Cooper, lead planetary protection engineer at NASA, will close the event with an inspirational keynote about her experiences.

The School of Law welcomes Kristin Henning of Georgetown University for a virtual discussion of her book “The Rage of Innocence: How America Criminalizes Black Youth.” The law school’s Daniel Harawa will moderate the conversation. The event is part of the Public Interest Law & Policy Speaker Series and the Assembly Series.
