Four alumni playwrights debut short plays online

Last fall, the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of the university’s live theater events. But it also created an opportunity to do something completely new. The result was the commission of short plays from alumni writers, which would be staged in virtual productions. “Homecoming Voices,” a series of four short plays by four celebrated alumni of the Performing Arts Department in Arts & Sciences, will debut Friday, April 9.
