A study led by School of Medicine researchers showed that, contrary to expectations, most people with severe COVID-19 do not suffer from unbridled inflammation. The findings suggest that anti-inflammatory therapies may not be helpful for most COVID-19 patients.

Hillman Hall design helped Brown School reopen

The Brown School’s Hillman Hall has been open for five years. But never has its spaciousness and flexibility been more important than during the COVID-19 pandemic. Its spaces have been reconfigured to allow for limited in-person classes while keeping everyone safe.
