What you need to know for Election Day

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3, and the Athletic Complex is ready to welcome students, faculty and staff who are registered to vote in St. Louis County. Polls open at 6 a.m Tuesday. The Gephardt Institute will offer snacks and entertainment outside.

Participants needed for COVID-19 vaccine trial

The School of Medicine is a testing site for a phase 3 clinical research study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational COVID-19 vaccine candidate from Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies. The school will enroll up to 500 adults in the region.

Analyzing syllabi gender gap

Female authors are underrepresented as sole and first authors and as members of authorship teams in readings for undergraduate college courses, finds a new analysis from the Brown School.

Majority of all voters say climate change is real

A recent survey conducted by the university’s Weidenbaum Center found that a majority of voters — 95% of Democrats and 54% of Republicans — recognize evidence for climate change. But partisans differ in how seriously they view the issue.
