International Writers Series launches

University Libraries and the Comparative Literature program in Arts & Sciences launch the inaugural season of the International Writers Series with Ali Araghi. The doctoral candidate will present his recently published novel, “The Immortals of Tehran.” In the novel, Araghi explores the brutality of history while conjuring the astonishment of magical realism. Register to attend this virtual reading and discussion at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14.
