Black Anthology photo

Black Anthology employs Afrofuturism to explore contemporary questions

“Masquerade,” Black Anthology’s 31st annual production, will explore contemporary challenges through the lens of Afrofuturism — a genre that fuses black culture with science fiction to create a world where black identity is central and celebrated. Black Anthology will take place at 7 p.m. Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 in Edison Theatre.
