Exploring history of desegregation of the School of Medicine

Edwin McCleskey, a former faculty member who now works at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, will discuss the history of desegregation at the School of Medicine and the challenges that African-American faculty, staff and students faced. His presentation will take place at noon Thursday, Feb. 28, in Connor Auditorium. Learn more and RSVP.

‘Angels in America’ opens

7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22

A light flashes. A wing rustles. A feather floats gently to the floor. Tony Kushner’s “Angels in America” features some of the most indelible images in American theater. From Feb. 22 to March 3, the Performing Arts Department in Arts & Sciences will stage the epic drama in Edison Theatre.
