New Medical Campus inpatient towers open

Two new 12-story towers on the Medical Campus will cater to women, infants and cancer patients. The buildings are designed to enhance patient care and comfort. For example, a labor and delivery floor connects via a skywalk to neonatal intensive care.

Becoming a biotech explorer

Joseph Jez, of Arts & Sciences, launched the Biotech Explorers Pathway after winning funding from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Professors Program. He talks about how the course exposes students to the science and business end of biotechnology.
