The Washington University Police Department is pursuing accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies Inc. As part of that process, employees and the public may offer comments about the department at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Ursa’s on the South 40. People also may comment by phone or in writing.

Obituary: Arthur Z. Eisen, former director of Division of Dermatology, 88

in memoriam graphicArthur Z. Eisen, MD, a physician-scientist who founded and then led the Division of Dermatology at the School of Medicine, died Nov. 12 in St. Louis after a short illness. Eisen founded the division in 1967 and remained its director for more than 30 years.
