Study reveals ways to improve heart procedure outcomes

Hospitals can improve patient care and reduce costs associated with coronary angioplasty if cardiologists perform more procedures through an artery in the wrist and if they discharge patients on the same day, finds a new study led by the School of Medicine.

‘A story of moral corruption’

“Macbeth” is a story of moral corruption — and a striking metaphor for the current political moment, said Arts & Sciences’ Henry Schvey, who will direct the Shakespeare classic Friday, Feb. 24, to March 5 in Edison Theatre.
