Olin undergraduate program ranked No. 1 in national survey

Olin Business School took the top spot in a new ranking of U.S. undergraduate business programs. Poets & Quants unveiled the ranking today.

Women’s soccer players are national champions

The women’s soccer team claimed its first national championship Saturday with a victory over Messiah College. The teams were tied 1-1 at the end of the game, and ultimately the Bears won 5-4 in a shootout.

A message from the chancellor re: DACA

Chancellor Mark S. Wrighton has joined with other universities’ leaders in urging federal elected and government officials to preserve — and even expand — the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Trustees discuss undergraduate education, elect new member

The university’s Board of Trustees meeting Dec. 2 focused on undergraduate education, Chancellor Mark S. Wrighton said. The board also elected a new trustee, alumnus Joseph F. Wayland, of Chubb Limited.
